Elena Lyubarskaya is based in Berlin and writes in English. She is a graduate of Serial Eyes, a program for TV series writers and producers at the German Film and Television Academy Berlin (DFFB). In 2017, her political thriller The Whistleblowers received the development funding from the German Screenwriters’ Association (VDD) and ProSiebenSat.1 She is currently working on projects with Wildside (Italy), Makever (France), Constantin Film (Germany) and Real Film (Germany). She likes to develop character-driven genre and comedy projects as well as projects with an international setting.
