BRENNERO
Davide Marengo, Giuseppe BonitoIn Bolzano, two different cultures co-exist: Italians and German-speaking citizens. Despite it, the city created a state of harmony and cohesion. Eva
(German, 35yo) and Paolo (Italian, 39yo) are a clear example of it: they come from different social backgrounds and they both work at Bolzano's
Palace of Justice. She is a public prosecutor, he is a cop who lost a leg after an accident occurred on duty. Paolo is a charming man, and Eva's marriage is frail. Paolo has to face his obsession: the Monster of Bolzano, a ruthless serial killer who murdered 6 German victims. The hunt for the Monster strikes Eva as well. It is, in fact, the only case her father (former chief prosecutor and a prominent member of Bolzano's German community) was never able to close. Now the killer appears to be back. Paolo and Eva, as an investigative duo, get to know each other, up to the point of mutual attraction.
