Synopsis

How do you focus your own image of happiness? An epic love story between two beginners in love. Fausto and Nadine are two rootless people full of energy but alone, looking for happiness. Fausto is a waiter: each day he witnesses the spectacle of luxury and confusedly plans to make a name for himself. Nadine is eighteen and she's doing her first casting to be a model. They first meet at the Ritz in Paris. Fausto just finished his shift when he sees Nadine standing hanging in the balance over the balcony of the hotel. Fausto saves her life and brings Nadine back inside the most amazing suite of the Hotel, while the owner is out. But the guest is back, unexpectedly. They get into a fight, and Fausto is taken away to jail accused of assault. From that moment on, their two lives head in opposite directions. While Fausto spends two years in prison, Nadine becomes a successful model. Two years later when Fausto gets out, Nadine is there for him. The consequences of this encounter will be the failure of a dream, and the inevitable bittersweet path to happiness.
