Solda Cableways
Description
The distinctive feature of the Solda Cableways are the characteristic stations located on the rocky terrain of the high part of the Alps, at the edges of the glaciers and the morainic landscape of the Ortles Massif, in the middle of the Stelvio National Park. This relatively new cableway, which began operating regularly again in 2003, is equipped with 4 cabins, each of which can carry up to 110 people. It is the largest aerial cableway in the Alps.
