Daria Akimenko (1987) has collaborated as assistant director on several film projects with a special focus on documentaries. She participated in Forward Workshop in Trento (2023), MOP-Meetings in Saarbrücken (2024), and is a member of Film Association South Tyrol. Daria works as junior producer at Helios Sustainable Films, an independent production company that puts a strong emphasis on sustainable filmmaking and (co-)produces films ranging from creative documentaries to feature films with a special focus on humanistic, social and ecological issues.
