Synopsis

Armin, a freelancer with a lot of time and little money, has been living alone since he dropped out of philosophy studies and works as a cameraman for television. He finds the support his friends seek in bourgeois life in nightlife. He is not happy, but cannot imagine any other life. But one day he wakes up and it's dead still: the world looks like always, but humanity has disappeared. Armin is alone in the world. 5 years later: Armin no longer searches for "survivors", he could have lived forever from what people left behind, but Armin wanted to start anew. He has built a wooden hut, cultivated fields and feels at home for the first time in his life.
