Passo delle Erbe
The Passo delle Erbe (German: Würzjoch; Ladin: Ju de Börz) is a mountain pass in South Tyrol (Italy), which connects the Badia (Gadertal) Valley to the Isarco (Eisacktal) Valley. The pass is situated at an altitude of 2,003 metres and is bordered to the south by the Peitlerkofel mountain group and to the north by the Lüsener Mountains. Since 1978 the surrounding area is under conservation as part of the Puez Odle (Puez Geisler) Nature Park. This natural reserve encompasses more than 10,000 hectares and extends south to the Gardena (Gröden) Valley and Corvara. Since 2009, the Nature Park is also part of the Dolomites UNESCO World Heritage.
