After the lockdown in March, South Tyrol and Italy are now resuming professional activities again. Italy is currently elaborating a protocol on the necessary measures and safety regulations for the resumption of filming on set. On this webpage, you will find the most important information laid out in aforementioned protocol. We will provide updates on a regular basis.

General information about the Covid-19 Emergency you can find on the Website of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MAECI).

If you have any questions about projects that received funding, please contact our funding consultants. Alternatively, our Film Commission will gladly help you with any questions you might have.

The shared Protocol for the protection of workers in the cinema audiovisual sector of 7 July 2020 is now available.

The document, on which workers', artists', production companies' and authors' organizations have found convergence at the end of May, describes in detail the behaviors, responsibilities, procedures to be adopted and the tools to be used in Italy to prevent infection with COVID-19 in the delicate phase of production restart, in particular on set.

The institutional transition with the Ministry of Labour and Social Policies, aimed at validating and adopting the Protocol in question, has confirmed what the social partners defined, except for some changes reported in the final version of the document available for download, and has given the go-ahead to disclose it in these terms.
